I want to ask if nokia 5200 is new or not?

i will buy nokia 5200 and i want to know if it is new or not and i want to know every thing about it some people said to me that it wii not complete a month and also they said that it%26#39;s camira is not so good ? plz help me

i mean get the nokia 5300... that one is A LOT better
