The problem might be one of the folllowing:

1) Are you are logged on with admin rights?

You need to have administrator rights to install software so make sure you are logged on with a user that had admin rights

2) If your installing from a CD, the problem maybe with the cd, download the latest software from Sony website:

http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=g... I had the same problems myself! What you wanna do is go to the sony-ericsson website and download the software from there This is possibly due to the cheap quality CDs they use.

You may have to go to their website to download the software manually or contact their support line and have them send you a new CD.

I had the same problem too, and I simply downloaded the software.

I Had the same problem,

It may be on of these:

1. Are you on Windows Vista? if you Are you will have to download the Vista version of the suite from the Sony website.

2. the disk may be scratched

3. the disk may be exploited

if it isn%26#39;t any of theese go to the Sony website and tell customer support would u plz tell me the exact problem ??
