When I try to download pic messages the phone says MMS setup is incomplete. I really dont know what to do. Somebody please help me!

it is very simple, if phone says your MMS is not set up , means you have to call to your carrier and asked them the right configurations for your WAP and MMS , if your phone is unlocked then go to www.cingular.com and click under the phone/device then find your Razr configurations there and the web will walk you throu, but first try the network they might send it to OTA ( over the air ) good luck.
