Until NEXT YEAR!! I have a crappy Pantech phone and very very little money. How can I get AT%26T to give me another phone? Any tips?

Yeah... I would say try and get out of that contract, if you can. Going with a new cell phone provider is definitely the best way to get a cheaper phone. Most offer a cheaper price on getting new phones if you are a new customer. When I opened up a new account with Sprint [AGAIN!! ... I cancelled my phone plan w/ Sprint before to go w/ Verizon] I got the UpStage phone for $150, when normally its a lot more than that. PLUS a $50 rebate, so in reality, it was only $100. If you can, and if the cancellation fee isn%26#39;t that much, I%26#39;d try and switch providers...
Good luck! Wait till next year. That company is crap anyway. Get out of the contract and get a verizon or tmoble. go ebay try ebay. You wont get at and t to give you a new phone. But what you can do is go to a website like craigslist.com and search your area for someone selling a at and t phone. You will spend a lot less...wont have to extend your contract.. and can be selective in deciding who you will and wont buy from. When I wanted a blackberry for verizon I went to craigslist.com, typed my area in and "verizon blackberry" and I found a guy selling a almost never used one for $100! What a deal. Hopefully you find a deal too. take care i agree with the others, ebay is the way 2 go!
