I keep getting a text from just these numbers 5092233. I get texts but I cant return them to the num

I get text messages from this # 5092233. I don%26#39;t know who is sending them? And when I try to text the # back it says it is not a valid #. How are they texting me if it%26#39;s not a valid #?

I get those types of texts too. They send me a number but then when i go to text them back it says invalid number. If i get anymore im going to call the cell phone company to see if i can block the number and that is what i suggest you do too. Return the text with "stop" or "cancel" or swear at them if all else fails..
