when i try to make a call it ask me for a code and i dont know what the hell it is i need a way to figure it out

Have you tried the default codes listed in your phone%26#39;s manual? It%26#39;s usually 00000000 or 0000. If that doesn%26#39;t work you%26#39;ll have to ring Virgin customer service.
