I live in California too and I%26#39;ve always carried T-Mobile but it%26#39;s not the best service out there. I think if you go with Cingular or Verizon, it might be better. Wait, I take that back...I hear a lot of people complaning about Verizon. Sprint is not that great either. You can try Cingular/AT%26T. I stick with t-mobile since everyone in my plan wants t-mobile so I have no choice. But if I can switch, I would go with Cingular. If you don%26#39;t like it, you can always switch to T-Mobile and see how you like it. It also depends on the phone you get. Sometimes if you get a really good phone, your service doesn%26#39;t even matter. It%26#39;s true since I%26#39;ve had a lot of cell phone/service experience. Good luck! i use verizon and i like it. im in a really small town. but u should maybe use what your friends use so you can get free talktime. but i like verizon =] I have had AT%26T and Sprint, and they%26#39;ve both been pretty good.

Try Verizon, I%26#39;ve had them for 4 years now and they are the only one that has good coverage over the entire state. Oh yeah, I live in NE Calif, up by Redding. I had at%26t/cingular and its outstanding service but there different plans didnt work out for me. Im not much of a talker but for $60 a month with cingular you get unlimeted Text,Pic,Video, and istant messaging and 450 mins. But with t-mobile, for $50 a month I get that same thing except 300 mins instead of 450 mins. But for t-mobile get 600 mins and unlimeted text, pic...ect. for $60! I did like cingulat/at%26t but I like t-mobile better! Try checking out all of the service providers websites and see if it covers your area and stuff. As a long haul trucker I%26#39;ve found Verizon has the best overall coverage over the entire United States. I know it covers the Bay area very well, even in places some of the others don%26#39;t reach.
