The cell phone company has no record of any forwarding. However, it has happened I have left messages on my boyfriends cell he and I are on the same plan and the messages have gone to another persons voice mail. I need help figuring this out and no one can seem to help me.
Nothing has been changed on his phone it%26#39;s happening somewhere else.
Answers:
Listen to all your voicemails if you have any.
Have your cell phone provider reset your voicemail.
You will have to set it up again with your greetings but it might fix this problem. I am suprised they didn%26#39;t suggest this already.
