Does anybody out there have the same problem and more importantly know of a way of stopping it.
Answers:
You can try asking your subscriber to cancel the text messages you received from 81121. Maybe that can help. Or you can try asking why you have to play £1 extra for each of the text messages sent. stop accepting %26#39;em reply to the message by saying
STOP
this should stop future messages. send a text with "stop" to 81121
it should stop reply to it with the message "STOP"
also keep the text and make a complaint with tps
or a complaint to these people http://www.icstis.org.uk/
register your mobile number with tps so you do not get anything like this in future:
http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/ctps/what/... send one back saying "stop"/ "unsubscribe" register yourself on the "do not disturb" list or something You Type STOP (in capitals) to 81121 You are going to have to reply "STOP" and send it. It will cost you but only the once. somehow you must have subscribed to that service, just text "stop" to 81121 that should work well firstly you must of subscribed to a service, read the small print to find out if they charge you.
simply texting *STOP* may work or it may not.
my friend got roped into one of these subscription fees and he was stilll recieving messages after he texted them saying stop they carried on sending him more and more,
contact ofcom, they will be able to pass on your complaint to whomever needs contacting etc..
either that or buy a new sim card or get a free one of the internet. from o2 or something they are offering 4 free sim cards atm. text STOP to 81121. That should stop them.
If they are unsolicited then go to trading standards. try replying stop to the number. reply with the word stop, it usually works!! text stop to that number it should stop it unless its a horoscope or some other alert
