dial ur number and dont pick it up...then press # or the * it should say enter ur pin number after that. You need to know the number for the other service and dial it directly. I have T-Mobile too and this is how I do it! the first answerer is totally right. just a faster way to access your voicemail, have ur cellphone turned off.
