Phones can be locked or unlocked e.t.c.
For example, if you buy your phone from the vodafone shop, more than likely it will have Vodafone Live on. However, if you buy it sim free, More than likely it will say internet services (on sony ericsson anyway).
Go to the o2 shop and they will check it out for you :) hi , only if the vodafone handset is unlocked for all uk operators, as most networks will lock their own handsets to be used only on their network unless you get it unlocked from them or go to the web , if it asks you for a unlock code or network code when you put your sim in then it will not work without you getting it unlocked If its unlocked you can, but if its not then you need to get it unlocked.
