This has been a problem for a few months now. And now I don%26#39;t get any of the text messages my friends send me, cant access AIM or the mall so i can%26#39;t get ringtones anymore.

that happened to me too. i caled them and they accessed everything for me. It might be your phone. I had a Razor that would not let me get text messages. So I called cingular and they tested the phone from their end and it was the phone that was messed up. Call cingular and see what they say. yea u might want to call them and let tghem know so they can troubleshoot the issue and they will probably just hav u to power off your phone will they send u updates and then power ot back on and that shoud fix the problem but call and talk to a rep.
