I am getting a ringtone that i earned with mycokerewards points and it makes me download the ringtone onto my fone from the web. I want to know how much it will cost me if i download this (web usage isnt in my plan)

If you are doing it from a computer, it will not cost you anything; unless it specifies in the fine print. Most of the time with those types of things, it just sends them directly to your phone at no charge.
If you are actually doing it from the mobile web on your phone than you will see a five dollar charge for using the web on your next bill. You also will be using your airtime. It will probably only charge you regular airtime (minutes).
