still on hold after 1 hour, yes I must be the idiot. But I would really like to know how I go about accessing touch tone dialing. If anyone out there could help that would be marvelous. Also, how to access voicemail. Thanks

I don%26#39;t know what you mean by "touchtone". All I know is you dial the area code plus the number you%26#39;re trying to dial. For voicemail, hold down the "1" key. (This is for Motorola C139, I don%26#39;t know about other TracFones.)
