Im hooked up with Tmobile,and wanted to have my device safe from somebody in my family from using it! I rang Tmobile whom gave me the 4 digit number code. Then they sent the confirmation into the handset! If you mean your IMEI code just type *#06# and with that number call T-Mobile and the will unlock the phone if it is the case.But I%26#39;m not sure what you mean by restricted code. you need to call tmobile to get it , usually means your phone is locked to a contract sim card , when the code is put in you can use pay as u go cards .
