you have to ring your service provider usually 150 for one PUK is a code needed when the pin code has been entered wrong more than 3 times.PUK is only available from your network provider...when you ring them for it make a note of it incase your kid does it again.when you put the puk code in it will ask you for a new pin code enter a new one and it will ask you to repeat it...then it should be ok! ring tmobile if you put in the code wrong it will totally block the phone and you will need a new phone number ring t-mobile and they will tell you but if u get it wrong more than 10 time u need to get a new sim
