PUK is a service provider feature.If a pin which is entered wrong thrice then the phone will ask for a PUK code. Now what you have to do is remove the sim card from the phone %26 call up your service provider i.e, Airtel,Idea or hutch and tell them your sim card number which is mentioned at the back of the sim card and ask for the PUK code. In return the operator will give you the puk code. Noe replace the sim in the phone and switch on the phone and when the phone asks for the PUK enter the PUK code given by the operator then the phone asks for the PIN number then enter 0000 and the phone will start don%26#39;t press any numbers just call your service provider and they will tell you what it is because u can end up burning your sim card and you will lose all your numbers saved to it u only get like 3 or 4 wrong chances so i hope u haven%26#39;t done it yet PUK codes come up when the security pin had been entered incorrectly 3 times. You%26#39;ll have to contact your service provider, sorry :)
