I have a question about text messaging .?

if you have a plan of getting 500 text messages and when someone send you a text message and you dont answer does that count as text message or does it only count with you answer thanks

text messages only count towards what you send. people text me all the time when I reach my limit...i dont text back but I read them and I never go over

thats on At%26t As far as I know messages are only counted once they are read, or if you send one. when i had verizon (last year around this time), i would always get charged for just receiving text messages, nevermind reading them it counts as a message when you send or recieve one it doesnt matter if you read it or not...
