I got a new phone from a different service and i want to give my old phone to my friend. It says you can do that and get airtime for you and your friend when they activate it online. Can you tell me how to deactivate it and then sctivate it for her again?

you ha to cancel with the old carrier, probly be a charge. then get a new sim card for the old phone.
