I have a USB cord but its from a camrea i used to have i plug it from my phone to the computer and it says new hardware or w.e but i dont know where to go from there? ALSO do i need to buy like a hardware disk or something? can i get it online for free like i know they have a few things on download.com but idk what i need ? can anyone can helpme i have no clue what i need!!?

well, i dont know if u can download the software anywhere, so the only thing i can tell u is that u can get it at a Verizon store. Ask for the Music Essentials Kit which is about $29.99. I comes with the USB cable, software, and stereo headset.
