All you have to do is call nokia phone company and tell the that you have lost your pass word, they will reactivate your phone and tell you how to change to a new password. tell the company that you have and they will probably take it off. i think = ) format it if its the sim card password just go to where you bought youre sim and theyll unblock it but if its some kind of telephone password you gotta go to a nokia center
