I%26#39;m on my mom%26#39;s cell phone plan and i really want the chocolate i told my mom that i was going to start my own contract with them and keep on her plan but not use that phone. Now when i do get my new contract with them i was going to tell them i can%26#39;t pay my bill and cut my contract or tell them i lost my phone or something. Evidently i would still keep that phone and just call them and switch the numbers from my old phone to that new phone. Is that a possibility to do or will it still be too much?

I really dont think this is a good idea. I still think you would have to pay some sort of fine or somthing and if you report it lost you wont be able to switch your old phone to it then
