pay the full price.. don%26#39;t expect to get a new cell phone that%26#39;s cheap.. cause it%26#39;s not gonna happen.. What carrier are you with? well it depends on your service. try verizon, they have phones i forget what its called that are prepay and you get the phones kind of expensive but atleast there cool phones.
