what do u mean phone number?
if LG phone CDMA go to menu press 0 it will say service code (its all zeros) enter all zeros go to service program then enter your number you want(This is how to change your phone number to what you want and have someone else pay the bill(its FREE) call ur provider and ask them to change it ... your question does not make any sense
