If the Iphone product failed to operate upon the users reception then Apple, Inc. should/will supply a valid refund, whether that is a new commercial product or an equally valued cash refund is Apple, Inc.%26#39;s decision.

If the user received a working Iphone product and has device created problem (I.E. bad reception, boot error, Etc.) within ninety (90) days then apple should/will provide a valid refund, whether that is a new commercial product or equally valued cash refund is Apple, Inc.%26#39;s decision.

If the user has handled the device incorrectly (I.E. dropped the product, Etc.) and has not purchased the extended warranty plan then the user will be given no refund of any kind.

AT%26T does not represent the Iphone in any way besides a service provider, any repairs or errors with the Iphone that are not network related should be given to Apple, Inc. AT%26T cannot service and Iphone (Repair unlock, Etc.). Nope, you%26#39;re out six hundo%26#39;s, suckah!! It would be more an issue with Apple than AT%26T I imagine, depending on where you bought it. In either case as long as it is still under warranty the phone will either be replaced or repaired at the companies discretion.

good luck and please vote for me! go back to them ASAP. Make sure you have the phone, box, charger and book. You should have 30 days to exchange. If not there should be a 1 year warranty on the phone. Ask about a loaner phone in the mean time. Make sure if you send the phone off to be warranty repaired you get a tracking number on the package.
