I have a battery on order for my sprint phone but I haven%26#39;t received it yet... I really need to check my messages but I forgot how I can do it without my phone...and you can never ever get through to sprint customer non-service.

Call your personal cell #. When machine picks up, press star, I think or pound sign.
Then it will prompt you to enter your security code. Call your cell phone, when the answer machine picks up, press *, then enter your password Call your own number, press either star (*) or pound (#) and it will say "Please enter your password". Do that and your in to your main menu. Dial your phone number when you hear your vm hit the star key then yout 4 digit vm pin. if you dont have your pin you will have to call customer care anyways all you do is call your phone number from another phone and wait for your voicemail to pickup then press the star key and it will access your mailbox it will ask for your passcode punch it in and your messages will play for you call your cell number, and when your voicemail picks up, press either * or "0" (that works with most carriers).
It should ask you for your password after that. Call your own cellphone number and press * (on most systems it is *, some might be another key). Just dial your phone number from another phone, and when it gets to your voicemail hit #. Thats how I do it, but I have Verizon.
