ok when i plug it up to my pc to put music on it a message pops up and it says"memory card used by another application"when i choose data storage?why is it doing that and how can i fix it?

I am not sure why its saying this but see if it works better when you have the phone off. It may be that your phone is using the memory card while you are doing it and thats why its saying this. Also try to take the memory card out and put it back in. If none of this works then call customer service
