I need to know how to set emails up to receive receipts. Like when i send it to someone, i want to get a receipt saying they opened and read it. I have seen it done, but do not know how to do it.

It depends what email package you%26#39;re using, if it%26#39;s MS outlook 2000-2003
1. Open a new window and type your email
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. On the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options, and then click Tracking Options.
4. Under For all messages I send, request, click to select the Delivery receipt check box, and then click OK.
If it%26#39;s Outlook 2007 then
1 Type new email
2. Go to Options
3. Under Voting and Tracking options tick the relevant boxes and ok
