I need help picking a family cell phone plan for 2 lines but I cant decide on these companies, need

AT%26T-I like the rollover but their plan features are so expensive.

Sprint- I like GPS family tracker sprint offers but they only offer 450 min. with the $69.99 monthly plan where verizon offers 700 min. for the same price.

Verizon-I like the phone protection/roadside assistance/extended warrenty and how they are so cheap unlike AT%26T phone plans, but I am not sure if V cast supports live tv.

So can you probably fill in some blanks that might help me decide?
