like if you ever used or have a tracfone brand %26 it was a motorola kinda phone.. %26 I was wondering if the pre-paid "units" or airtime thing or w/e..include not just minuites..but does the units also covor texting as well? like for every text msg takes away like 3 or 4 or .30 units or what? Cuz my friend is freak%26#39;n out that I bought him just a pre-paid phone.

Every time you text it deducts 1/3 of a minute (both incoming and outgoing. If its a camera phone, I believe that picture messaging costs 1 unit per text. Please take it back and get him another one! TracFone has been nothing but trouble for me. I posted about it on another question, here%26#39;s the link:

And it%26#39;s 1 unit (minute) per minute call, 0.3 units (minutes) to send and receive txt.
