If you have trouble with your phone they send you a replacement phone (reburished). How can I purchase one without signing a new contract? Is their any web site.

but anyway, this happened to my cousin and they didn%26#39;t replace it. so what you can do is buy a pay-as you-go phone through their site and then just use the sim card you have now(the phone you%26#39;ll buy will have a sim card in it whether you like it or not).

if u just have problems with it, and have insurance, if they cant troubleshoot the problem via phone they will send a replacement
if for some reason, as far as they are concerned, you are out of luck. They just cell refurbs and they will tell u that u will have to purchase a new phone, but the catch is- it will be regular retail price!
